The condos at 909 Lafayette Street is a small association with larger units. This was considered on the edge of the Warehouse District when I first started selling condos in the area. Ten plus years later the location is great.

The 12 units are all very different with different styles and sizes. The first floor is lobby and parking. You enter from Barone and enter from Lafayette for the parking.

The smaller units have a lot of concrete beams and concrete floors. All the units have larger than normal kitchens, high ceilings, concrete floors and larger windows. All the units have garage parking and parking in a secure lot.

You are next to the Old Civic Show which is now the Civic Lofts. You are about a block from Poyras. Several Blocks to Rouses Supermarket. An easy walk to the Superdome and the Smoothie King Center.

The 909 Lafayette Condos are at the corner of Barone and Lafayette in the New Orleans Warehouse District. The front entrance is next to theold Civic Theater Lofts which are upscale rentals. All the units have parking in the garage or lot which is gated on Lafayette Street. There are 12 units of varying sizes over the four story building. This is a very quiet building without a lot of fluff which should make for lower condo fees. You are a block from Poydras and a couple of blocks from Lafayette Square and the federal courthouse. In this area of the Warehouse District the condo complexes tend to be smaller but the units are larger in size. The units feature concrete floor and concrete beams. The rooms are larger than most with a large kitchen. Many of the units have nice views with plenty of light withour being hot.

Lots of concrete, larger units, big kitchens and in a quiet area yet close to everything.
