The Paragon condos were one of the first buildings in the Warehouse District to be larger condos. They went straight to condos and skipped the apartment step. The 21 units are all large for the area. Most are two bedroom units with a few large one bedroom units. There is a penthouse.
The first floor is parking, a large lobby and two commercial units. All the units have garage parking. The condos are noted for the balconies that all the units have and the concrete and wood floors. The french doors open to the balconies for a lof of natural light. The 21 units cover the four floors.
The Units are rustic. The condos have large bathrooms and closets which is not often the case in New Olreans Warehouse District Condos. The location is great being on Diamond Street and South Peters.
Elevators to each floor from the secure lobby and the parking garage. Many of the units have been updated over the last 15 years to meet the taste of the owners.
