The 3 story building on the corner of Barone and Julia Streetwas turned into condos in 2008. Everything was new at that time. There are 18 units and 5 penthouses in the association plus a commercial spot on Barone Street.
All the units have designated parking either in the lot or iin the covered area below the building. Many of the units have concrete floors and open floor plans.
The penthouses are much larger than most of the units in the building. They have some fantastic views of the New Orleans skyline.
There has been very little turnover in the condos in the last several years. The Rouses Supermarket opened after these were complete and the area is much more in demand.
