The 700 South Peters Condos have 88 units over the five floors. They are evenly divided between large one bedroom units and tow bedroom units. The one bedroom units are over 800 sq.ft. with large living areas. The two bedroom units are about 1200 sq. ft. of living. Few are larger.
The location is great. Its an easy walk to Fulton Street, Harrahs Casino, Outlet Mall, Spanish Plaza, The Aquarium, and the French Quarter.
All the units have wood floors in living rooms. Nice Warehouse windows that open and all have street views. High ceiling, exposed brick, large bathrooms, and natural light. The one bedrooms have a hall bath so you do not have to walk through the master to get to the bath. All units have washer and dryers.
The floor plans are easy and open. Most of the units have like floor plans except units on the end. Several people have combined units to make larger units.
There is 24 hour security for the building. An on site manager and staff. The parking is on the first floor and every unit has a spot in the garage.
There is a small gym on the first floor. There is a storage room when each unit can store things you may not want in your condo.
The atrium is second to none in the warehouse district. The rooftop pool, gardens and sitting areas provide views of the city night or day. Ice maker, bathrooms, grills, tables, chairs are for the owners to enjoy.
