The condos at 625 St. Charles Avenue was one of the first condo complexes built from scratch in the New Orleans Warehouse District. There are 37 upscale units ranging in size from 1300 sq. ft. to over 2000 sq.ft. for the larger penthouse units. Completed in 2002.

The location across the Street from Lafayette Square and on the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar line is hard to beat. The Federal Court House is across the park. Gallier Hall is down the street.

A lot of the units have balconies and large windows. The 11 story building has some spacious penthouse units with patios with some great views.

You have a secure parking garage, lap pool, exercise gym, several party rooms, private storage lockers, 24 hour security, and all are kept up extremely well. The units are mostly owner occupied and there is little turnover in the building.

New Orleans Condos Warehouse Condos market.
Completed in 2002 , the 37 units in an 11 story building features larger units with fabulous views of the city. The Luxury high rise features a parking garage, pool, 24 hour security, Concierge, 3 reception rooms, wood floors, 10' ceilings, private storage rooms, balconies, exercise rooms, pool, hardwood floors, marble baths, granite counter tops, gas stoves, and much more. The 2 and 3 bedrooms units start in 600k range up to a million plus and the sizes of the units vary sq 1300sq. ft. to 200 sq. ft.. Some great penthouses. The condo fees start at $550 plus per month and includes gas. Gas is not common in downtown condos. Some of the units were sold as shells and the purchasers finished them off as they wished. These are basically upscale homes in a high rise setting. The Units were built as condos and was one of the first units that were new construction.The Condos are across the street from Lafayette Square and the Federal Courthouses.

The Lafayette Square Historic District encompasses the area which had served as the residential section of the city's downtown in the 19th century. The street plan of the district dates from the late 18th century, including the placement of its public park, originally named Place Gravier and renamed in 1824 in honor of the Marquis de Lafayette. Development of this section of the city was slow in coming, with major construction of new residences starting in the 1820s.
