Leinsfield Lofts
610 John Churchill Chase Condos
New Orleans Warehouse District
The 29 condos were completed in 2004 after being converted from a packaging warehouse into condos. It was like new construction at the time. The contempory designs of the interiors was new to the New Orleans market at that time.
The first floor is mainly a garage for all the units above. The four story building has large units and a few penthouses. You get high ceilings, exposed brick, and a warehouse feel. Some of the units have large windows and nice views. Then other units have few windows and not so good of views.
The corner of Tchoupitoulas and John Churchill Chase is a good location. The condos range from a 1000 sq. ft. to over 2ooo sq. ft. of living. Its large condos with lots of open space for the warehouse district. Not many amenities in the building like some of the surrounding condo associations.
This unit was rare with super windows, Not the norm however

Lengsfield Lofts is a complex that is 2-3 years old. There are 29 units with the bottom floor mostly for parking. The units are wide open contemporary style lofts that features concrete floors, patina brick walls, and big windows with skyline views. The bathrooms are artistic with hancrafted vanities, limestone showers with twin shower heads, agape spoon tubs, and toto toilets. The kitchens open into the units giving the ope floor plan effect with custom designed kitchens with granite islands and new kitchens. Other features include high speed internet access, elevators, and a great garage on the first floor.
These are diifernet and on the higher end of the price range for the Warehouse District. The spaces are very large and open. They have an artsy feel rather than an historic feel which is more common in the Warehouse District.
