New Construction in downtown New Orleans completed in 2015. The eight story building has 42 upscale units ranging from one bedrooms to four bedroom units. Parking on first floor. Check out the balconies and large windows.
Its like the developers thought about all the upscale things they could do and then proceeded to do it. Many of the units were sold as pre-sales. This is not the norm for the New Orleans market.
The living areas of the units have 10 ft. ceilings, antique pine wood floors, gas stoves, large windows, balconies, and on site parking. The high end appliance include Wolfe Stoves and Sub Zero refrigerators. Extra insulation between the units.
The include a swimming pool and deck. A well equipped room, an entertainment room, elevators and much more. Storage is also not a norm for the local condo market. There is even a back up generator in case the building loses power.
There is a 24 hour door man and security 24 hours per day. The streets are quiet but the location is great for the Warehouse District.
