The Julia Place Condos at 333 Julia Street are in the heart of the New Orleans Warehouse District. You are three blocks to the New Orleans Convention Center. You are 4 blocks to St. Charles Avenue. You are about eight blocks to the French Quarter. Walk to a dozen restraunts within 6 blocks of the condos.
Julia Place is two different building side by side. There are 102 units in the complex. The older building on the left is 3 stories while the Bemis Bag building has 5 floors. There are no residential units on the first floor. Its a parking lot, parking garage, and retail on the first floor. Parking was sold for $25k when the first purchsers bought the units in 2005.
There are a variety of units that vary in styles, sizes, and views. Some units with have large windows with exterior views, some will look into an artrium with no outside views, some with have brick walls and exposed beams, and some will have concrete beams. Some of the units will have old wood floors and other will have newer floors and carpets.
Parking is in a gated lot or in the first floor garage. There are not enough spots for all the units but parking can be rented within two blocks of the condos. The community is gated.
There is a gym on the first floor by the entrance. There is a beautiful pool, clubhouse and sitting areas on the top floor. There is ample room on each of floors for tables and chairs in the atrium.
There are going to be an equal number of one and two bedrooms. Almost all of the units are on one level. The developer sold the units that were once rentals to some purchasers to redo as they wanted so you will see a variety of finishes and floor plans.
