333 Girod Street Condos

New Orleans Warehouse District

   The 333 Girod Street Condos are in the center of the New Orleans Warehouse District between Commerce and Tchoupitoulas. Close to Harrah's and the New Orleans Convention Center.

    This is a more recent conversion of of offices and warehouses into 19 condos. All the condos are on the large side and have garage parking on the first floor. Most of the units are entirely different. Some are flats and some are townhouse styles.

    The styles and floor plans are different as the developer used 3 different buildings to create the condo association. 

    Some will have balconies. Some will have private courtyards. There is an elevator in lobby. Most of the units are upscale in nature with many being finished off by the first buyer of the units less than 10 years ago.

    There has been little turnover of these units once all were sold when developed in 2007 or there abouts.  There is a roof top sitting and viewing area. 

The 333 Girod Street Condos are less than a block away from Lucy's. One of the more famous watering holes in NOLA.
