The 3 story building are one bedroom units each measuring about 700 sq. ft. of living space. A lot of the units are still somewhat dated while some have been updated.
The complex is well managed and well kept up with very moderate condo fees. You have a very nice courtyard and pool in the center of the units. There is elevators as you walk in to each floor as well as several very easy stairs. Most of the units have the saame basic flooplan.
It is easy for your guest to park on the side street or out front. The condos are halfway between downtown and Carrloton Avenue. Easy ride on bike or streetcar to Audubon Park. Easy walk to several great places to eat and drink.
