The 3400 Magazine street Condos on the corner of Louisiana Ave. and magazine Street comprises 18 units in a 3 story historic buildings. This was once a furniture store. Gated parking, elevators, reasonable condo fees. Prices ranged from 199k to 465k when the condos began selling in 2004. The are 7 one bedroom units with 11 two bedroom units. The one bedroom units are fairly decent size. The new units will feature stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, wood and tile floors. In 2005 the units were new and were not conversions. The gated parking lot is a bonus in this area of town. My favorites were the larger one bedrooms with exterior windows. The finish work was good and the kitchens were high quality.
