The Park VII Condominiums is an Upscale Condo Complex in the
Uptown area of New Orleans that has views of the Mississippi River and Audubon Park. The 20 year old building has some very clean open units. Many of the units have been updated and improved over the time period. The 35 units are large units of at least 2000 sq. ft. spread over 8 floors. Most of the units are 2 bedrooms with a guest bedroom or office. The ninth floor is a party room with a Mississippi River view. Each unit as a terrace, High ceilings, pool is on ground level, security guard, garage parking on lower floors. Easy visitor parking for visitors. You can walk to the park or cross the street to the river levee.
I have showed several units here but have never sold one. It has many long time residences and the location and views have to be an important factor when buying here.
