St. Charles Ave has always been a great place to own a condo on one of the most famous streets in New Orleans. The four lane Avenue is most famous for the oldest running street car line in the United States. It is also famous for the historic mansions that line the Avenue.
I will show you the variety of condo associations that exist along the length of St. Charles Avenue as it begins at Canal Street and makes it way to Carrollton Ave. The Avenue travels through the CBD, Warehouse District, Lower Garden District, Garden District, Uptown and by the University Area before reaching Carrollton Ave.
The variety of condos is amazing with a variety of styles, ages, sizes, prices, and amenities. There is always something that should fit your needs. I will add the missing ones as I get the photos. Really not that many more.
