Once you cross Jackson Avenue You get many more oak trees as you can see by the various photos. You will also see more homes and apartments. Many of the homes and apartments have been converted into condos. You are in an area where the streetcar line is ready to take you to Audubon Park or the French Quarter. You are in the middle of St. Charles Avenue and its many historic homes and buildings.
It's also an easy walk to the Garden District and Magazine Street. Lots to do no matter where you are in this area.
