There are 72 units in the complex. The one bedrooms are 655 sq.ft. of living with open floor plans. The two bedroom and two baths are 956 sq. ft. of living. Open the door of the unit and you are outside overlooking the pool & courtyard.
There are covered walkways to the stairs and elevators.The building is 4 stories. The top units have high ceilings and make those units feel larger on the 4th floor.
The condo fees are moderate. The one bedrooms are $217 per month. Haveing covered parking on the first floor is a big plus. The condos are redone with all new kitchens, baths and updates. Laundry in the units as well. The one bedroom units redone are $209,000. The two bedrooms are 309k to 319k depending on the floors. Top floor is best views and higher ceilings.
The entry and parking gates are secure. Your visitors can easily park on the street and by Coliseum Square across the street.

Coliseum Square is between Magazine Street and St. Charles Avenue. It is an easy walk to each. The Warehouse District and World War II Museum are about 10 blocks away. So many places to walk to eat and drink. There are homes around Coliseum Square worth millions of dollars.
The Square is full of trees and grass. The fountain is at the end near the Coliseum Place Condos at the corner of Race Street.
