     This Conversion was one of the finest total reconstruction jobs that I have seen since I started selling condos in the New Orleans Market.  This was once an 1840's Greek Revival Home that was at one time converted into apartments and then into condos in 2008. 

    The complex has 6 units with all the units having parking.  Everything was like new when I sold the front 2 units with the porch and balcony.  All the units has nice kitchens, bathrooms, high ceiling, wood floors and the finish work was top notch. 

    Each unit has at least one gated parking spot.  Its easy for guest to find street parking as well.  Its just a terrific location. Both my sales were from people that started looking in the Warehouse District and when I showed these there was no comparison to quality, size and price.

     The front units were two bed and two bath units.  I think the back units were one bedroom units. You had a side entrance and a front entrance.  

     Moderate condo fees and since everything was like new and in premium condition there should be little if any issues in the near future.
