An historic condo conversion of a pair of town homes of over 150 years old. The town homes were converted into apartments years ago and then into condos in 2004. The neighborhood in the Lower Garden District has a of multi-family units such as this mixed in with historic homes and doubles.

The 12 Condos are one and two bedroom units. The 14 ft. ceilings and lots of windows. The best units are the front porch and gallery units. You have exposed brick in some of the units. Parking is on the side of the units. Most of the units have a lot of natural light. If there is a negative it is the steep stairs to the third floor.  When you have high ceilings then you always have steeper stairs.  All the units have historic wood floors which is a terrific asset.

A lot of the units have had upgrades over the years. Upgraded Baths and Kitchens just make the units look so much better.

The area is an easy walk to Magazine Street and St. Charles Avenue. Walk to Coliseum Square for green space. The neighborhood has a lot of these type of condos. Its a great walking neighborhood. You can even walk to the Warehouse District which is 7-8 blocks away....

1329 St. Andrews Condos, New Orleans Lower Garden District

The 1329 St. Andrews is well over a hundred and fifty years old.  Its been redone in the last 10 years to 12 condo units over the three floors. The complex has parking on the side for the units.  Two of the units have balconies and two of the units have porches.

All the condos have lots of natural light, 14 ft. ceilings, some exposed brick, updated kitchen and baths. Its a great example of an historic home that was converted into apartments and then condos.  The units are one and two bedroom units.

Its an easy walk to Coliseum Square, St. Charles Ave, Magazine Street and a longer walk to the Warehouse District.  Great place to live without using you car a lot.  If the complex has a negative is that their are plenty of stairs to the 3rd floor but then you get high ceilings and many windows.
