Neighborhood Condos in New Orleans
The Condos at 1326 St. Andrews are a good example of a four plex turned into condos. These were transformed inot condos in 2008. At first there were four units and a fifth was an attic space converted into a condo in 2013.
Each unit is larger than most condos in larger complexes. The parking is on the side along with a garden area. All the units have storage in the basement or what is really the first floor. The condos were nicely done with lots of natural light, wood floors, large windows, and big kitchens in some of the units.
Its an easy walk to St. Charles Ave., Magazine Street and Coliseum Square. A real historic neighborhood.
