The 1118 Orange Street Condos are 8 units with parking in rear. Its was redone in 2003. The condos feature Wood Floors, 10 ft. Ceilings, washer dryer hookups, security systems with all the modern updates. There are one and two bedrooms in this complex. Lots of windows for natural light.
The original developer 1118 Orange Street Condos did a complete renovation on this complex with new kitchens, new baths, new floors,a/c-heat, electrical, plumbing. They still look rather new today.
Parking is in rear of the unit but there are street places as well.
I chose this one to profile because of its unique style that is very uncommon in this area. Its close to Coliseum Square and Magazine Street. There has not been much turnover in this complex in the last 10 years since it was developed.
It is not far from the Warehouse District where prices are much, much higher. Like about six blocks away.
