Mariner's Cove is a townhouse community of 44 at the end of Lake Marina Drive in Lakeview. You are within walking distance of the Marina, Lakeshore Drive, West End Park, Shoppng Center on Robert E. Lee and many places to eat and drink.
The townhomes range in size from about 1600 sq. ft. to 2500 sq. ft. of living. All the townhomes have garages or carports. You pay a semi-annual fee for the communit upkeep of grounds and water is included. The fee is 1800 twice a year.
This is a rare find in New Orleans. Many have been updated over the past 10 years. Many of the units did get damaged during Hurrican Katrina so most have been updated.
