The Lighthouse Harbor Condos are located at 7300 Lakeshore Drive in the area of New Orleans in Lakeview. The 41 units in the complex all have water views of the Marina and Lake Pontchartrain which winds its way being the building.
The first floor is all parking and boat slips. Parking is in a secure garage with elevators to the upper floors. Most units will have boat slips. Units have 2 assigned parking spots. No need to get rained on when loading or unloading your car.
The units are town house style units ranging from about 1500 sq. ft. of living to 2600 sq. ft. of living. Vaulted ceiling, fireplaces, balconies on rear are common to all the units. The views from the bedrooms and living areas are really nice. Walk out your living area onto the common porch that overlooks the boats and the lake.
The Lighthouse Harbor Condos were built in the Mid 1980's. A lot of units have been updated since that time as most are second homes for many. The condos have a swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym plus clubhouse with kitchen and seating. The Clubhouse can be reserved for parties and events.
Walk out your front or rear door to some of the Lakfront Views. Walk across the street to the levee where you can walk to the lake and many shops within a 4 block area. The Lakefron Marina is a block away. Lots of green spaces in the neighborhood for you to enjoy.
The condo fees are going to be higher than many because the condos offer so much and the units are larger than most. They do cover water, upkeep, insurance, commn area cleaning, and everything to make these units premium.
The location is very close to downtown, the medical schools, Metairie, New Orleans Airport, and the French Quarter.
