The Delimon Place Town homes is one of the few upscale developements that combines town homes and condos into a planned  community. The location is great.  Its close to everything.  Its an easy drive to City Park, Downtown New Orleans, The French Quarter and the New Orleans Airport. The taxes are low. The crime is almost none.  Walk to nearby stores, coffee shops, grocery store, and more.

The 125 town homes are all about 3000 sq. ft. give or take a few hundred sq. ft. of living area. Most are 3 stories with a large room on the 3rd floor. Many of the units will have elevators. Built in the mid 1980’s the values will depend on how much the town homes have been updated since that time. 

There is not a lot of turnover as people make this their homes. There is a $500 per quarter home owners fee.  The have termite contracts and that fee is about $250 per year. The area is in flood zone X which means flood insurance is not needed. Most likely never even had water in the streets. 

The town homes have two car garages behind or in front of the homes. Below you can see the variety of styles and how the streets are layed out.  There is a pool and courtyard at the rear of the complex before you get to the condo section of the development.
