Les Chalets Condos are on the corner of Clearview and Perkins, one block on the lakeside of W. Metairie. In the heart of  residential Metairie. The 20 unit complex were built as condos about 20 years ago and have been a popular association. The units are all two bedrooms around a courtyard. All the ones I have seen have been nice and have had varying floor plans. There is plenty of parking with one spot assigned to each unit but there is plenty for the extra car. There is no pool and the condo fees are reasonable. A couple of miles to I-10 and Clearview shopping center or a mile to Airline highway. Very convenient location. Moderately prices. Nice appreciation over the last ten years.  Not much turnover !
