The Bourdeaux Village town homes are in Chateau Estates in Kenner off Vintgage Drive. They are fee simple town homes that pay a fee for upkeep of the grounds, termite contract, pool and tennis court. In real estate we call these fee simple town homes. You are paying a fee for grounds upkeep and some common thins like termite since they are attached. The fees are much lower than condo fees.
We have very few developments like these in the Metro New Orleans Market. These town homes are on the edge of a subdivision and have plenty of green space between the buildings. There is a common pool and tennis court for all to use.
There are 75 units in the development. There are one,two and three bedrooms units. Most of the units are two bedroom units. Many units will have a loft bedroom up. All the units will have wood burning fireplaces and fenced patios off the kitchen. The patios open to a common area in the rear of the units. There will also be small balconies.
Parking is very easy with two spots assigned and extra spots for guests. The assigned spots are in front of each unit. Very pet friendly as long as you keep your dog on a leash. Washer and dryer in each unit. Overtime many of the units have been upgraded since the 1980's.
