Avante Garde Condos in Kenner are priced form the 120k's to the 150k's. There are various styles from 2 to 3 bedroom units. There are 2 bedroom flats on the bottom floor. The most popular style is the 2 bedroom and 2 bath units with vaulted ceilings and these are on the second floor. There are larger units within the complex. The complex is gated and there is plenty of parking near the units. The grounds have 2 pools and a couple of tennis courts. The condos are close to the Esplanade Mall and many eating places and shopping. The condo fees are moderate and basically well maintained. Common grounds are behind the units and many residents have pets. Near Chateau Estates golf and country club. Many of the units have upgrades and the units are 20 Plus years old. A great starter home in the Kenner market.
The Avante Garde Condos remain popular because its an easy commute to Metairie and some of the outlying areas. You can be down town in 40 minutes and quicker in the middle of the day. The malls are next door. You have an easy access to I-10.

There is a second full bath and a smaller bedroom. There is a small screened porch overlooking a courtyard. The kitchen has been updated with a small breakfast area. This is a second floor unit but all on one level. The owner has really kept up the unit. This is a popular style in the association because of the vaulted ceiling and the fact the unit is all on one level with the exception of the stairs. Parking is easy as the units are spread out.
