Avante Garde Condos in Kenner are priced form the 120k's to the 150k's. There are various styles from 2 to 3 bedroom units. There are 2 bedroom flats on the bottom floor. The most popular style is the 2 bedroom and 2 bath units with vaulted ceilings and these are on the second floor.
