Metairie Towers is located in the heart of Old Metairie not far from the railroad tracks that crosses Metairie Road. This Complex has many seniors that call Metairie Towers home. The complex is secure with on site 24 hour management, elevators, security, plenty of parking, and swimming pool. The 219 units are one and two bedroom units that range from 500-1200 sq. ft. of living spread over seven floors. All the units are flats meaning there are no stairs and easy access to the units which are located on hallways. The condo fees tend to be higher because electricity is included in the condo fees. The complex does tend to cater to the elderly that like to call Old Metairie Home. The complex has been around long enough that the conditions of the units will vary due to the amount of updating that has been done.
In 2007 expect to pay around 200k for a one bedroom, more or less depending upon the condition of the unit. Need something cheaper then I would look at One Metairie Place, want something more then look at Delimon Place Condos not that far away. prices will tend to change so give me a call for the current listings.
