Delacroux Condos
The Delacroux Condos are in the heart of the French Quarter. The common areas inside the gate are truly amazing. Most of the units have views of the tropical courtyard, pool and sitting area. Lots of brick and French doors give it that tropical look.
The Historic La Croux building dates back to 1833. It was once a Creole Town Home. The 12 units come in a variety of shapes and sizes. A few of the larger units have street views while the rest have courtyard views. There is a commercial space on the ground level. There is a small elevator to all three floors. The balconies overlooking the courtyard are great.
The high ceiling combined with lots of natural light coming in through the French Doors make the units feel larger than they actually are. The kitchens are going to be small. There is an on site laundry. Most of the residents are second homers.
Some of units have sold for over a million and others for a couple of hundred thousands. A big variety of sizes and style. Street View and balconies always get more and that is where the larger units area.
