Pricing Your Condo to Sell !
Your Condo is going to be in competition with others that are for sale. Our goal is to price it so it will be in the top 3 of your pricing range. We will review past sales as an appraiser will do and choose the best four units that most match your condo. We start with units in the same association as they are the best match. Then we search other units in the area.
After looking at the history of past sales we can make adjustments such as updates that you have done. Views, Parking, Common Areas, Upkeep and Styles will come into play more often than one would think.
Once we have the number we can add a few thousand to the valve of the condo so the buyer could get some off the sales price to feel better about the purchase. We may get more if we have a competitive pricing stance.
