This is a good way for a seller to view the successful sales that I have dad. This is a great way for a buyer to get a more in depth feel for the variety of styles, neighborhoods that the New Orleans Market has to offer.
A lot of my sales have been in the New Orleans Warehouse District as it once had a high turnover of students, medical students, law students and people working in the downtown area. Many finished school and changed jobs. Many of the condos were bought as second homes and we are not seeing as much turnover as we once did.
I would like to thank all the wonderful people who have trusted me to get their property sold. Its been a great experience. I remember each and everyone and appreciate it more than ever. Thanks Eric

Location In New Orleans Warehouse District Always Help to Sell these Units. The selleres really did a lot of upgrades and decorated it extremely well. They paid around 209k for it years ago and we sold it for 322k. Having a unit furnished and in terriffic shape always helps the sale.
Pricing it Correctly Makes a Quicker Sale, Sold 262k. You generally want to be able to give the buyer some off. I estimated $5000 to $6000 off and got close. Always great to do cosmetic fix issues and compare to others in the complex for sale and the recent sales. You want to be in the top 3 in the building for value.

Audubon Trace Condos in Old Jefferson
I did not get this one sold in time. Audubon Trace remains one of the best places to be for the money in Jefferson Parish.
