The Saxony Condos are the first and only new complex for the Bywater Area in New Orleans,70117.
I went to hign school down the street at 3820 St. Claude Avenue in the 1960's so I have followed this area for over 50 years. An area that is artistic and not far from the French Quarter and the Mississippi River.
The Saxony Condos has 75 units and four floors. The are one,two and three bedrom units. The first floor is garage parking and common area. There are three stories of condos with fourth floor facing the Mississippi River with great Views. There is balconies and terraces for the units. All have parking on the first floor.
There is a courtyard on the second floor with a swimming pool. There are two elevators from the garage on the first floor. There is a fitness area and a dog run green.
The 75 units are 640 sq. ft. of living to 1450 sq.ft. of living. The units all have wood floors and nine foot ceilings. There are washer and dryers in each unit. The kitchens feature European Style Cabinets.
The Saxony is minutes from the French Quarter. Several blocks to Crescent City Park along the Mississippi River. So many unique and historic places to eat and drink in the neighborhood. The neighborhood has many dogs and bikes. So many artistic homes in the adjacent neighborhood.
