     The condo has been recentlly painted.  The exposed brick is in great condition and is the best I have seen in the building.  Lots of exposed beams.  Open kitchen that can easily be updated.  Large living space beyond the kitchen make the unit even look larger. The 18 foot ceilings really give you that large feel you want in a warehouse condo. 

    You can exit the building about 20 feet down the hall to the outside or take the elevator to the first floor.  Parking does not come with any of the units but can be had for $125 per month or you can park in a couple of nearby lots or on the street.   

    The unit is 726 sq. ft of living.  The condo fee is $292 per month aand the condo association is in great shape. The project is one of the few FHA approved condos in the Warehouse District.  This is important for loans as you can put down as little as 3.5% if you owner occupy the condo.
