and has that professional decor look. It looks like a designer unit with lots of small upgrades. This condo blows away the developers units in the building.
The condo measures 695 sq. ft of living. The condo fees of $230 are very moderate by Warehouse District standards. These do include water, insurance, upkeep of exterior, and everyday maintaince of the building.
The living area and bathroom are large for a warehouse condo. There are several extra closets and a washer/dryer in the hallway. You are steps to the 3rd floor elevator as you are in the front of the building. The kitchen looks like its brand new and shows no wear and tear.
