Townhouse Style Condos on Jackson Avenue
1129 Jackson Avenue

This in one of the listings that I had several years back. It gives you a good picture of the inside of the unit. The best thing about the complex is the amount of room that you get for the money. It was 249k then but would be more in the market today.

Great being almost at the corner of Magazine and Jackson. So much to walk to on Magazine. The Garden District is across the street and that area makes for some great walks. St. Charles Avenue is about 4 blocks away.

Townhouse Style Condo with plenty of room plus parking

1129 Jackson Ave. #8
New Orleans Townhouse Condo

1129 Jackson Ave is a townhouse style condo known as Four Seasons condo association that has 8 very similar condos.  There is plenty of parking, a pool and deck area.  Each condo has a small balcony on the front of the building with a small patio off the living area with stairs to the pool and parking area.  The parking and town homes are secure.

The nice features are the size of the units, the large amount of storage and the size of the rooms.  The location is great as the Garden District  begins as you cross the street.  You are half a block from Magazine Street and 4 blocks to St. Charles.

The unit is almost 1500 sq. ft of living and is selling for $166 per square foot.  The condo has a lot of storage up and down.  There is a patio off the living area and a balcony off the breakfast area. All the rooms are large with the living room being 4X23.5.

The hardwood floors are over the entire first floor.  There is plenty of natural light as this is a corner unit with a few more windows.  The kitchen is a galley style kitchen with plenty of cabinets.  The large break is next to a very large laundry room.  The fireplace is wood burning.  There is a half bath down.

The upstairs has two large bedrooms with each having its own bath.  A great set up if you are thinking about a roommates.  The rear bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling.  The front bedroom is even larger and has dormers facing Jackson Ave.

What you get in this unit is plenty of room, big rooms and a location that is next to the Garden District but very close to downtown.  The entrance is secure as is the parking.  There is ample parking and about twenty spots for the eight units.  The pool is in the rear of the building.
The patio is off the living area and leads to the parking that is in the rear of the building. The roof has recently been repaired along with some other items paid with an assessment that has been taken care of.
Best thing about the condo is the size and ease of getting in and out.  Its priced to sell and compares well to what is one the market in New Orleans.....
