     The condo fees remain reasonable and cover insurance, water, upkeep of inside and out.  The parking spot is easily worth 25k in the French Quarter if you could even find one.  The common areas are as good as they get for a small complex.  Recent Updates have made the inside and out of the building look like its a pristine complex.
