     The things that stand out about about the Cotton Mills is the large common areas in the center of the building. You have a very large courtyard, pool, large gym and meeting room. The lobby is secure and is manned 24 hours a day. The manager is on site with an experienced crew. The Association has gotten better over time since 2006 when it was turned over to the condo association.

       People also like things that are common to most of the units. The high ceilings, exposed beams, large warehouse windows, wood floors, exposed brick and city views or courtyard views. In the Cotton Mills you get the true feel of a New Orleans Warehouse District Condo.
