The Rex Condos are in the center of the New Orleans Warehouse District.  Most of the units are to bedroom units. The front units are the far superior units. The back units face the afternoon sun and have small windows. 

The 11 units all have garage parking which is on the first floor with the lobby and elevator.  Many of the units have been upgraded since the conversion. A few of the units in front have galleries and a large courtyard for the 2 top floor units.  People who bought these have rally come out well over the years.

There are no amenities other than the garage parking but you can walk to everything in the area. Big fan of the front units but not a fan of the back units. Pay more and get more….Paying extra for things that most people want always makes sense in this area of town.  Its never just about the square footage of the condos.
