The 29 condos were completed in 2004 after being converted from a packaging warehouse into condos. It was like new construction at the time.  The contempory designs of the interiors was new to the New Orleans market at that time.

The first floor is mainly a garage for all the units above. The four story building has large units and a few penthouses. You get high ceilings, exposed brick, and a warehouse feel. Some of the units have large windows and nice views. Then other units have few windows.

The corner of Tchoupitoulas and John Churchill Chase is a good location.  The condos range from a 1000 sq. ft. to over 2ooo sq. ft. of living. Its large condos with lots of open space for the warehouse district. Not many amenities in the building like some of the surrounding condo associations.
