The 71 units that make up the 3201 St. Charles Avenue take up the entire block. The 3 story building has a number of stairs and an elevator near the front entrance. All the units have gated parking in the rea of the building. Guest can easily park in front or on the sides of the condos.
There are one and two bedroom units. The complex was built in the early 1970's. Many of the units have been updated since that time with most of them updated in the last ten years. I have seen a couple of units that have been totally gutted and redone. It works when you have a great location.
One things that sets these units apart from many is the spacious and well kept courtyard and pool area. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy the outdoors in the courtyard. There is a laundry on the first floor. Many of the units have storage units on the first floor. This makes for a great quality of life.
You are on the streetcar line about halfway to downtown and to Audubon Park. No dogs are allowed in the complex. The condo association has plenty of reserves and moderate condo fees last time I had a sale in the building which was in 2014.
All the units have windows facing to the outside. The front doors open on to a covered walkway which has large window to the living area. Large bedrooms are a norm with decent closet space.
