The 3915 St. Charles Condo conversion named St. Charles Garden happened 2004 on St. Charles Ave. The Condos featured renovated units ranging from 209k to 269k depending on location, views, etc.
Most of the units are 2 bedroom units with large living areas off a small kitchen. The bedrooms are a normal size. All the 2 bedroom units will have 2 baths. The kitchens have new cabinets, granite counter tops, wood floors, stainless appliances. There is a fitness center plus pool and courtyard. Gated parking adjacent to the building, one spot per unit. The building is a 7 story complex with units overlooking the courtyard, there are 93 units in the association. 

There are also a few penthouses on the top floor.  This holds true for most conversions. Security Guard on duty from 5pm until 3am. Laundry facilities on each floor although some units will have stackable washer and dryer. The units have reallty appreciated since the initial condo conversion. I would say this is due to the  location, nice upgrades and the gated parking. It is between the Universities and the downtown area. It is well managed. The most expensive units are still the St. Charles Ave views and the 6-7 floor views from all units.

The units have had some nice appreciation since the conversion but not as much as many of the current residents think. Many of the units as of Nov. 2007 seem to be pricey compared to other palces along St. Charles Ave and the Uptown area. Just my opinion.
