The oak strip floors are in good shape, the kitchen is dated but very functional.
The unit P is in the process of being painted to give it a fresh and clean look. The washer- dryer hookups are in the kitchen but are full size washer and dryer units in the garage for those large loads. The amount of light makes this an exceptional unit in a great location.
The high ceilings and the windows give the unit a larger look than it is. The living room is very large and can easily be divided into a dining area and living area.
This is a great location for a second home, a beginner home owner that wants a secure location or a college student attending one of the local Uiversities in New Orleans. The condo fees are $275 per month and includes common area upkeep, insurance, the garage and water.
