The Cotton Mill condos features front desk security, contract parking across the street. The owner is guaranteed a spot to rent. The courtyard is 25,000 sq. ft. along with a nice pool. There is also no need for a health club membership as there is an on site gym on the first floor. The on site management is a plus for a condo complex. There are several elevators in various spots in the building and two spots for mail boxes.
Condo fees of $240 include insurance, maintaince, upkeep of common areas, flood insurance, basic cable, security, termite contract, management and much more. You are responsible for your own contents and would have to get separate insurance for those items.
