The 909 Lafayette Condos are at the corner of Barone and Lafayette in the New Orleans Warehouse District. The front entrance is next to theold  Civic Theater Lofts which are upscale rentals. All the units have parking in the garage or lot which is gated on Lafayette Street. There are 12 units of varying sizes over the four story building. This is a very quiet building without a lot of fluff which should make for lower condo fees. You are a block from Poydras and a couple of blocks from Lafayette Square and the federal courthouse. In this area of the Warehouse District the condo complexes tend to be smaller but the units are larger in size. The units feature concrete floor and concrete beams. The rooms are larger than most with a large kitchen. Many of the units have nice views with plenty of light withour being hot.
