Whitney and Sloo Lofts located in the New Orleans Warehouse District are a 27 unit 4 story building with parking on the ground floor. Renovated in 1997 with woods floors, city views, full size washer and dryers, rustic wood beams, elevators, and  roof top deck. The units are much larger than your normal warehouse units. It was at this time that the District became a place to live and there was a need for larger units for people that were used to homes and needed larger units. The 2 bedroom units start at 1400 sq. ft. with most being in the 1600 sq. ft. to 2000 sq. ft. range with some bigger penthouse units. The smaller units are on the lower floors. Many of the units have special touches.

The location on the corner of Tchoupitoulas and Notre Dame is close to all. You do not see a lot of units coming up for sale in the building as the complex is not that large but the units themselves are larger than most. The local is getting better with time.
