The Paragon Condos are in a 4 story building with 21 units with some being pent houses, large one bedrooms and large 2 bedroom units. Many of the units have exposed beams and bricks with high ceilings. Features wood floors, French doors, balconies, garage parking, scored concrete floors. Very unique assoc. on S. Peters bounded by Diamond Street and St. Joesph. Some type of the line condos. They are much larger than many of the units in the area. The historic units have all the things you want in a historic unit. The pent houses are rather generic but have a very large deck and a nice view of the city.
