All these things add to the quality of life issues. The association contains units of all sizes. Many have been updated as you can see below. All the units are flats and accessible via elevator or stairs.
This is a good example of a 1960's apartment complex that was turned into condos. During the early days condos were homes for the elderly. All this has changed in the last 7-8 years. many of the units have been updated and many have not. This is the most affordable type of condos that I see.
