Julia Place Condos at 333 Julia Street is in the heart of the New Orleans Warehouse District, close to everything. Featuring 102 units over 4 floors. This is a complex that was changed from rentals to Condos in 2005. Many of the units are different in size and location within the complexes. Many of the units will not have parking, but there will be parking in nearby lots on a contract basis.  For ones with parking the spaces will be in an adjacent lot or in the garage. Some of the units have high ceiling and decent views. Some of the units will have exterior views and many will not have those views. You have to see the units to see what type of unit that you would get.

The Julia Place Condos has an exercise room that looks onto Julia Street with treadmills and several weight machines. The secure entrance is right by the gym. The elevators are steps away. The units have some great views from the pool area which is above the 5th floor along with a large deck area. There is going to be a combination of one and two bedrooms. Many of the units were updated on their own as they bought the units as they were. These units are old and should be redone which is reflected in the value.

The French Quarter is 5-6 blocks away. The New Orleans River Walk is blocks away. The Harrah's Casino is around the corner along with many places such as museums, places to eat, and shop. The best factor in Julia Place is the central location.
