Bordeaux Village Condos is a 75 unit fee simple townhouse style condos. The condo fees are very low because they cover very little other than insurance maintains maintaince of the grounds. They are fee simple town homes meaning you own the land and are responsible for the up keep of your own unit. The units are connected and laid out like a village in a residential setting of Chateau Estates. These fees will not cover things such as roofs, rotten wood,etc. This is left up to the individual owners. This has its pluses and minuses. There are going to be 1,2 and 3 bedroom units. There will be mostly 2 bedroom units in a town home style with the bedrooms up. Some will have an loaf lof and an extra office downstairs. In 2005 the cheaper units will start in the 120s range to the 150k range of r the nicer large units. There is a community pool, tennis courts, wood burning fireplaces, patios, upright washer/dryer hookups, balconies, and patios. These are some of the nicest grounds in the area.
