| The condos at 2326 Magazine were redone in 2007 and completely renovated. They are much like new construction but the developer kept many of the historic features. The 5 units were all great units with each having its great points. The front two units were the first to sell. Many times a developer prices the units based on a square footage basis. They may charge more for the porch and gallery units. Buy one as these are what people want.|
The condos have parking in the rear. The developer redid his home next door so I knew he cared more than most. He put brick drives and walkways all around the condos. Details like the fence, porch, and gallery were all restored with historic details.
I sold the first floor porch unit which was a two bedroom and two bath unit to a couple of medical students who went to LSU. They paid 288k and the developer got the condo ready for the act of sale.
