      The Condos were totally redone in 2014.  All the units were two bedroom units with garage parking on the first level. The 15 units sold out rather quickly for prices ranging from 289k to 329k. The front balcony units were the most expensive and most desired.  All the units had nice windows and natural light. All the units open onto an exterior side balcony that was rather wide.

      The four story building was a 50 year old apartment complex buildt as such. Moderate condo fees. The condos were nicely finished and buyers were given several options as to colors, floors, cabinets, stone and carpet.

    The elevator was in the mid section of the building with several stairs to the units as well.  The gated garage parking is not easy to find. The amneties included a small gym and nice courtyard in the rear of the building. 

    The condos featured new wood floors and carpet.  The kitchen and baths were totally redone. The baths were large and marble.  The kitchens had new cabinets, new stone counters, stainless applainces and were a large galley style.  Both bedrooms were decent size and carpeted.  The units were a little over a 1000 sq. ft. of living and looked easily that large.
